Weight loss

Though I am ashamed to admit it, I've got about 70 lbs. to lose. 60 from my pregnancy with Ashley (that I never lost), and an additional 10 from my pregnancy with Erik (which I lost a bit of the 30 I put on then). Good news....I've lost all of the weight from Connor's pregnancy. Anywho, so begins the updates on my weight loss to keep me motivated. 70 lbs. here I come, or here you go rather. Wish me luck!!

All I can say is Nursing helped me so much! You looked way good before you had this last baby, so what ever you were doing then do that again.

Go Amy! The hardest for me when I started out on this goal (isn't it great that pretty much every mom has this same goal at one time or another?) was getting past the first 2 weeks of working out because they were the hardest and my least favorite, so good luck and keep it going and get past those 14 days!
